I'm a very new user and not familiar with VLOOKUP in Excel. I have 2 worksheets in Excel and trying to match on name...but they're entered differently. Both are LAST NAME, FIRST NAME but text cases are not the same and some names in one worksheet have middle initials while in the other worksheet they don't. How can I use Power BI to match? Thanks!!!
Hi @never2dm,
What do you mean about "match on name"? Could you post your table structures with some sample data and your expected result, so that we can better assist on this issue? ![]()
