Can any one help us to maksing the sensitive data in power bi desktop in table view (my requirement is even developer shouldn't see the sensitive data) However, while creating any graph's in desktop verion it should display with real(sensitive) data will it be possible in power bi? please advise.

If a developer has copy of the pbix, they will be able to see what's in the table view unmasked if data has been imported. But whether DQ or import I suggest you let them connect to tables with the same structure as the sensitive ones but containg dummy data instead and then re-route to the correct data once ready for publishing or testing.

@Sampathkumar_v Table View is only for preview purpose. You cannot make any modifications in the Table View.
In Power BI Desktop I do not think this is possible. You could use sensitivity labels but those will protect the whole file as far as I know.
In the Power BI Service obviously you can use row-level security.
