How to make drill through from stack bar chart?

Hello,

I made a stack bar chart and want to make drill through to the detail page. It seems the drill through only works for the whole bar. For example, the drilled through detail now shows 306+241+33+92+472. But I want to just show the category I click, like 92 details. Is there any solution for that? Thank you so much!

Hey, @wulawula

It's a pleasure to answer for you.

The drilling page is designed by yourself. Place the field you want to explore on the landing page, and you can drill down from other pages where there are related fields.

Here are some reference documents:

Hello,

For me its the opposite and I cant figure out how to drill through on the whole column. My goal is to drillthrough on multiple columns in a stacked column chart. Any ideas?

Thanks

@Anonymous

You can try to first group data then use drill thtrough function.

Is it possible to do the same thing above but it drills to one details page based on the the column (a,b,c).

Hi @wulawula ,

For a selection on a values, try using drillthrough buttons:

https://www.c-sharpcorner.com/article/create-a-drill-through-button-in-power-bi/

This gives you capability to drill on a single value selection.

Thanks,

Pragati
