How to make a Timeline Visual?

Say, if if i wanted to visualise this data in a timeline which is also able to be filtered by a slicer for "Customer" - how should i go about this? Thanks

Can you share some example how you want to showcase this data?

is it not clear what visual you want to show and what values inside your visual you want to show?

 Maybe something like in the image attached. I have tried using the timeline box visual but I don't know how to get my data formatted properly within the visual.

my objective is to showcase the contract term of each customer so eg) customer a's contract is from 15th December 2016 to 14th December 2026
