How to maintain the supervisors alignments when I change the managers?
Hi, I'm a Business Anlayst for a Call Center. Right now I have the PowerBi portal set where everytime we loose an agent it appears as termed and whenever we move the agents from team to team their data moves completely from the previous supervisor to the new one. I'm trying to figure out a way that we can leave the data on the supervisor for the respective time the agent was assigned to that team.
From a data set perspective right now we:
1. When an agent is terminated: I insert the term date on the database (roster) and change the supervisor to "termed"
2. Whe n an agent is re-aligned: I just change the supervisor name so that PowerBi aligns them in the new Team.
I can add columns and data as needed.
If soeone can help would be awesome.

You're going to need to maintain a table for which agent reported to what supervisor with starting and ending dates. Can you provide some sample data?

Sure, I have attached a link to a Sample Data. Do you need performance data as well?
