How to keep reports/dashboard up-to-date with info supplied by the client?

Hello.
I am creating dashboard for clients based on data they supply (weekly/ monthly).

At the moment, they just attach it to emails and I manually configure it. How could I automate this? Every time they supply something, to update the spreadsheet and then Power Bi to have the data in the report?

Also, how could I set up alarm if the client has not subbmited the data for example?
