How to import multiple tables from website separately?

Is there a way that I can import each of the tables in this link separately into different Query Documents?

Sure, just create four queries:

let
    Source = Web.Page(Web.Contents("https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-tie-the-Build-number-with-the-Revit-update.html")),
    Data0 = Source{0}[Data],
    #"Changed Type" = Table.TransformColumnTypes(Data0,{{"Column1", type text}, {"Column2", type text}, {"Column3", type text}})
in
    #"Changed Type"
let
    Source = Web.Page(Web.Contents("https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-tie-the-Build-number-with-the-Revit-update.html")),
    Data1 = Source{1}[Data],
    #"Changed Type" = Table.TransformColumnTypes(Data1,{{"Column1", type text}, {"Column2", type text}, {"Column3", type text}})
in
    #"Changed Type"
let
    Source = Web.Page(Web.Contents("https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-tie-the-Build-number-with-the-Revit-update.html")),
    Data1 = Source{2}[Data],
    #"Changed Type" = Table.TransformColumnTypes(Data1,{{"Column1", type text}, {"Column2", type text}, {"Column3", type text}})
in
    #"Changed Type"
let
    Source = Web.Page(Web.Contents("https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-tie-the-Build-number-with-the-Revit-update.html")),
    Data1 = Source{3}[Data],
    #"Changed Type" = Table.TransformColumnTypes(Data1,{{"Column1", type text}, {"Column2", type text}, {"Column3", type text}})
in
    #"Changed Type"

thanks @Greg_Deckler.

Thought about that but what if they update the website with another table?

Will that not break my queries?

Well, if they add it to the end, no, because then it would be data source 4. If they add it in the middle, probably but I don't see a way around that. Your safest bet would be to not promote headers until the very end of your query, that way you are working with generic "Column1", "Column2" names in your query. This way they can change their column header names and it will not break your query.
