How to import data of a shared file from sharepoint in Power BI desktop

I have a file shared with me on sharepoint from the other user. I want to import data from that to Power BI desktop via sharepoint. I dont see the file when I connect to Sharepoint folder in data sources.

Hi @garg14194,

1. Click on the Home in the left navigation will take you to the home location of the SharePoint site. Copy down the HTML site address from your browser of this location it should look similar to the following:

https://partner.onmicrosoft.com/sites/[Your Site Name]/SitePages/Home.aspx

2. Then in Power BI desktop, click "Get Date"->File->SharePoint folder, remove the SitePages/Home.aspx, type the URL like the screenshot shows.

3. Sign in using your account, you will see all the documentry list, select the expected one.

More details, please review this article. If this doesn't work, please try to get date from "web" in this similar threads and check if it works fine.
