How to import data from local .db database into Power BI?

I want to import data into Power BI from a local .db file. I found similar questions, and the answer was usually related to using an ODBC driver.

I downloaded an ODBC driver (ODBC Driver 18 for SQL Server) and tried choosing ODBC when importing data into Power BI, but I ran into several issues, such as:
"ERROR [08001] [Microsoft][ODBC Driver 18 for SQL Server]Named Pipes Provider: Could not open a connection to SQL Server [53]"
or
"ERROR [HYT00] [Microsoft][ODBC Driver 18 for SQL Server]Login timeout expired"
or even
"ERROR [08001] [Microsoft][ODBC Driver 18 for SQL Server]A network-related or instance-specific error has occurred while establishing a connection to test. Server is not found or not accessible. Check if instance name is correct and if SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. For more information see SQL Server Books Online."

I did not work neither with .db files or ODBC before so my skills are limited in this area. Does somebody have an answer for me?
