Dear Community,
I have different target by interaction group when I don’t select any interaction group I want the target be the average of all interaction group target.
My dynamic target formula is
Dynamic target = AVERAGE(V2_pkg_case_last_2_years[SLA target])
It works fine when I select an interaction goup in the visual above because all cases into an interaction group have the same target.
But when I select a country in the visual beside it, my target don’t stay fix and change for each country.
84% instead of 81% as in the first screenshot
I tried to add functions ALL, ALLSELECTED, REMOVEFILTERS,…. But it seems that a don’t have an impact on included filters from another visual. When I use them, they only remove filters from filters tool bar . Those I want to keep 😊.
I can't remove interaction between visual because I need interaction between them for the gauge performance (I want to have performance only for the selected country but I don’t want country have an impact on the target).
Have any of you ever had this need? Do you know of a solution, a workaround?
Thank you very much for your help.
Try this edit interaction between the visuals.
Hi @Arul,
I think you don't understand my need.
In my gauge I need to have interaction for performance measuring but not for the target measuring.
If I disable interaction I don't obtain the expected result.
thank you
Hi @Nicolas69 ,
Click on your visual above your transaction group. Then go to the top ribbon and select "format".
Then click on "Edit interaction" (note that you need to have the visual on top that you mention selected when doing so).
Then at the top right of your visual with the target and Select "none" (which appears at the top right of your target visual. Now you turned off the interaction (one way) between the visual at the top and your target visual.
