How to hide zeroes and blanks from 'Small multiples' in Stacked Column Chart

I'm trying to hide blanks and zero values from the Stacked Column chart dynamically. I was able to achieve this by filtering out data from the Filters Pane but when I add small multiples to the visual it again shows all the items with blanks and zero values. Please help me resolve this issue. In the screenshots attached the visual with Blue columns hides zero values and blanks but there are no small multiples. However in the other visual small multiples are addes but it shows all systems with blanks.
