How to hide matrix values when no relation to column?

Hi, i have this matrix with multiple Values and 2 Rows (ID and Name)

One of the values [provision] only has a relation to [ID]. Therefor the value repeats itself in [Name] . 

How do i hide the provision value for [Name], so it only shows for [ID]- the row subtotals?
