How to have a slicer only affect one tile? This was possible on the Microsoft Dynamics Power BI Demo

How do you do this? i can't seem to find any information on it. It looks like something like "edit interactions" where you can define what tile does / does not get affected by slicer.

Power BI report

you can see where the top slicers affect the whole report and the slicers inside the tiles only affect the tiles...

How do you that in Power BI?
