Hi
I have for this exmple three tables. Table C has a field for each Table A and Table B. They are Many to Many relationships.
Table A = Goals
Table B = Inititatives (can have goals
Table C = Projects & has Goals and Inititaitives (not every row has both a Goal and Initiatiave
I built reltionships
Goals -> Inititatives
Goals -> Projects
Inititatives -> Projects
When I build the List visual for a Project and add Goal->field it works, when I add an Initiative field I get an error message, see below ... any ideas?
It looks like I cannot have more than one relationship to a table. (two or more table relationships to the same table) is this correct
Thanks

Hi @apayze ,
It is difficult to provide you with a suitable solution if only the model picture is given without the relevant data and the backend scenario and function etc. However, one thing that can be confirmed is that there can only be one active filter propagation path between two model tables. It's possible to introduce additional relationship paths, but these relationships must all be configured as inactive. Namely, if you want to create multiple relationships between two tables, only one of them can be active and the others should be inactive just as below screenshot. If you want to learn more about this, you can check this official documentation below.
In addition, for the error message you get in your previous post' screenshot, you can refer to the following documentation to solve it.
Relationships between fields cannot be determined

Hi, @apayze
Would you share some sample data and what slicers you want to use?

Hi ALLUREAN,
Thanks for reaching out. I cannot really share the data sorry ... here is what I want to do. Hope this helps
I need to know what is the data structure in order to construct the data model. In any case you can't have more than 1 active relationship between tables
