How to handle Empty Charts/Visuals

Thanks parry2k , yes the workaround seem a decent option. Kudos to the quick response and providing the workaround.

Would just like to add the comment Jason Cockington makes is also very useful, if you wish to interact with that visual. As covering the entire visual does not allow using tooltips or drilling-down etc. (even this comment limits using the visual header). Have posted a screenshot at the end.
Hope Power BI comes up with a better inherint method to handle such basic scenarios.
