How to group part of a string and use it as filter....

Lets say ...

I have a file with Productive lines thar are fragmented in several operations... lets say HI0XEmbo, HI0XCut, HI0XWrap, X goes from 1 to 10 Lines. But i want to group all to be HI01, HI02, HI03 and use it to filter the cost for each production line.

Any ideas?

Greets!
