Hi Team,
In the recent arpil update ,Power Bi provided Cross report drill through option.
How we can go back to Parent report (in case of cross report drill through from child report to parent report), For some of the reason don't want to use Bookmark/url/button/ Browser Back button options.
As soon as we apply cross report drill through ,Child report will have Back arrow on Top Left , but that doesn't work to go back.
Is there any alteraternate way or better way to reach back to parent report?
Thanks in advance.
@Anonymous if you look at doc regarding cross-report drill thru, you need to use browser back button to go to parent report
If you want to return to the source report after cross-report drillthrough action, use the browser's back button.

Even i have noticed that point , the solution is to use the browser back button to go back.
But i was looking if there, any better approach , as i mentioned for some of the reason user isnot interested for the back button of browser .will post in community if we can open in new tab that will be great.
Or the Back Arrow in target page , that should work ( as of now it doesn't work for Cross report drill through).
Is the use of browser back button a temporary workaround?
Since we have the "back" button in the target page, won't it be more useful if that takes back to the origin report?
Regards
