How to get this particular table

Hi everyone,

Hope you all are doing good

I am currently making a dashboard (on sales data) and need to replicate this particular table. 

Now in my excel file, there are sepearte columns for YTD and MTD. Therefore, no need to create "dates" table.

[NSR Total (table column) = YTD Plan] and [NSR (table column) = YTD NSR]

I have calculated all the required measures for the visuall table. But I can't figure out how to represent that data as shown in the first table.
