Hello All,
The above total (5528) I have got in Power Bi Desktop (table visual)
But the above total is completly wrong
If we start adding up 5+677+....+611 it comes upto 5841 but the power bi desktop table visual gives me 5528 total.
Can anyone tell me Ywhy it is coming in this way????
Hi @PrachiD,
I have reproduced your issue, you could refer to my test scenario.
Technically, the total row is correct for the measure, the Total is a distinctcount value of Employ_name, so the value should be 9 rather than 13.
In this scenario, you could modify your measure like below.
Emp_Count =
SUMX (
SUMMARIZE (
'Total',
Total[Day-Month],
Total[Empoly _name],
Total[Location Name],
"Empcount", DISTINCTCOUNT ( Total[Empoly _name] )
),
[Empcount]
)
Then you will get the result you want.
In addition, you could refer to this similar post.
Hope it can help you!
Best Regards,
Cherry
