Hi!
There's not really any pre-built visuals for this. You'd have to start explore custom visuals or make you own in Charticulator or similar.

You could maybe mimic this in a way using error bars, or creating a measure with the desired line visuals, putting it as a line in a combo chart and using "Stepped" as a line shape option, see below:

You would get the lines, although also the "joining" lines which might not be something you would like.
