How to get active directory user id from sharepoint custom list?

In sharepoint, I made Peron or Group field of custom list as the mark 1 of picture

And input data by searching the active directory info.

And then get the table in the poser bi as the mark 2 of picture

But as picture below, I get only the display name of the active directory.

How can I get User id of the active directory, so I can relate the inputed data to the active directory master to get more info of the id, like department, email and so on.
