How to get a hierarchy view for my column headers instead of the dropdown buttons.

I am making a simple matrix and want to have year and month number as my column headers. Is there anyway to expand my column values like the rows or do I/user have to use the dropdown buttons on the top right of the graph? I would like a + button to expand like the rows have vs the drilldown buttons outside of the graph. Is this an option?

Not yet.  For now you can only use the arrows or you can right click on any column header and then click "Expand selection"
