Reports don't refresh. Semantic Models refresh.
In Power Automate create a scheduled flow for daily run. In the flow run a DAX query against the Semantic Model that checks if your criteria is met. If yes, do the next step.Not sure what that is - do you want to export the report or something else?

Super UserFor simplicity's sake, why not just create a flow in Power Automate that refreshes a semantic model every first or last day of the momth?
