Is there a Microsoft App to get Data from Edge History File (SQLite DB ) ? Location shown below:
Why i need it is detailed
Non-Microsoft product needs long approval time (Example: Edge Extension "DB Browser for SQLite" )

There is an addon called SQLite Reader that help you easily browse, edit and render SQLite database.But this add-on is still in beta and may work as expected.

Is this a one off thing that you want to do? If so you could use this site
SQLite Viewer (inloop.github.io)
and load the History file to it, then export the data you want.
If you want to do this regularly, it looks like you can connect to SQLite using an ODBC driver. You'd need to first download the ODBC driver and create a DSN

then configure the ODBC connection in Power BI
