We can get Calculated Measures in Tableau using Parameter in SQL. How can we replicate that in Power BI?

Parameters only apply to your queries. There are also What-If Parameters but those don't apply here. To get your desired functionality, you can make a disconnected table of values, make a slicer, and then use a SELECTEDVALUE() of that slicer column in a SWITCH expression.
