How to format values less than 1% as <1% in Power BI Matrix?

Dear Community,

In the below power BI matrix table, I would like to format values less than 1% in both the proportion of matters and proportion of revenue columns as <1%. Is there are way to accomplish this please?

@Anonymous , That make it as text column

Try like

if([Proportion of revenue]<.01 , "Less Than 1 %", format([Proportion of revenue], "#.0 %")
