I have a scatter plot where often times, I have points that are cut off from the plot area - as seen in the top right of the plot below.
I know that I can override this manually by altering the x and y axis. However, I would need a solution where the plot is dynamically updated based on which filters are selected. Is there a way to do this?

Nope, you can achieve this on scatter chat, plot points size will auto-resize to keep original style if you filter on axes.
If the table records changes, your chart style will be changed. In fact, slicer and filters not able to dynamic modify data mode table records so you can't create a dynamic calculated column/table.
