I have a massive table (requirement sadly) with values ranging from each month of the year, and measures calculating totals etc. and most importantly, measures showing totals for Previous Years, and for Future Years. This is where I'm having an "issue".
Currently, when I select, let's say 2022, I can see values throughout jan-dec 2022, and nothing in 2023, because that project is only for 2022. This is fine. But, when I then select 2023, the entire row is blank, except for the Previous Year column, which then shows the total of 2022.
Is it possible to somehow make a filter that specifies that if jan-dec columns are blank, don't show anything from this row, I.E filter this away? Even though we have values in the row, (for Previous Year, Future Year etc.)
Sorry if this was confusing
Hi @Anonymous
When constructing the measure to calculate the previous year, you introduce a test condition.
If Measure Current Year is blank then blank else Measure.

Thanks for the reply, but I think there's a misunderstanding.
It's usually the other way around meaning most of the time there is a value for Previous Year or Future Year, but rest is blank. And in that case we want Previous Year and Future Year to not show. I.E filter out the whole row
