How to filter a calculated table?

I have a calculated table that calculates the COVID cases per week and the Sales per week and then merges them by week.

Now when I filter for example on a certain product or state, my sales drop (so my sales per week should drop). And for state level my cases should drop aswell.

However when I filter on state level, my sales get filterd but my calculated table does not update. What am I doing wrong?

@Anonymous

What is the relationship between the two tables? Usually you should relate the calculated table with the orginal table based on State. Then you should able to filter.

@Anonymous , you can join the new table with applicable tables/dimensions, and those slicers should work.
