How to export a table from dashboard into .csv file

Hi team,
I have following two doubts
Doubt 1.
I have published a dashboard which has a table structure . I want to export the table into .csv format using export data option(which we get after clicking '...' option). When i tried to export data i got file format selection option disabled.

Doubt 2. When i tried to export the data into excel file just by clicking export option , .xsls file got downloaded. when i opened excel file i found there is data mismatch. My table in the dashboard has 1424 lines but in excel i am getting 1377 rows only.

Can somebody help with this two problems?
Thanks!

Hi @Anonymous ,

According to your description, if you want to export in a dashboard, you can directly go to the upper right corner of the tile, open the More options (...) dropdown and select Export to .csv.

For your second problem, check if there is a filter applied for the visual.  If you've filtered the visualization, then the .csv export will be filtered as well.
