How to expand a SharePoint People column? Do not see the usual white arrows to expand the column.

Hi, I am trying to expand this column called "Agent". There are usually two white arrows on the column header that allow me to expand the column, but those are not there anymore. How can I expand this column? I want the Agent's name.

I want the employee name for each row/Agent.

Never mind, I figured it out myself. I followed this post:

Then I expanded the records.

@ninos-shiba , Right-click on the column, it does, there is options for Data type and Transform,  check if their option does get it done.
