How to enable the Q & A feature on Power BI desktop

Hi!

I saw Power BI desktop has the updated Q & A feature. But after I updated it I couldn't see the feature on my desktop at all. 

Here is the screenshot of video showing the new feature:

Mine doesn't have the square icon of " Ask A Question". Anybody can tell me why?

I found it! 

In the Preview features under Options and Settings. Great!
