For create new hierarchy, now I need to really right click and choose "Create hierarchy"

How can I create a hierarchy where for example Order No will appear a level lower then Date meaning it is in this kind of level : Date->Order No. I simply cannot drag the Order No column and drop it into the Date column. Pls advise how can I do it. Thanks
