How to dynamically show the bar plot based on different selection of a slicer?
Hi experts,
I need to have a bar plot in the report and there is a slicer including Age and Country. Age and Country includes different types, for example, Age includes Male, Female and Trans. Country includes Canada, US, UK.... How can I dynamically show the bar plot based on the selection of the slicer? (Use the same bar plot, the bar plot can dynamically change and x-axis can change (since they have different types?)
Hi , cshi
According to your description, you want to change the dimension in a visual .
For your need, you can try to use the "Field parameter" feature to try.
Fields parameters is a feature that allows users to choose which column to use to slice and dice values in a Power BI visual.
For this , you can refer to :
Let report readers use field parameters to change visuals (preview) - Power BI | Microsoft LearnFields parameters in Power BI - SQLBI
