How to dynamically activate filters based on Dynamic M Query Parameters

I have the following filter setup (see picture). All filters are connected to Dynamic M Query parameters. I want to add a button or something similiar that activates the filters. This is the functionality I want:

User select filters --> nothing happens (i.e. the query does not update)

User hits button "Execute" --> Query is updated based on filter values and chart uppdates

Is this possible, and if so how?

As to why I want to do this: Filter 1/ Filter 2 are closely connected and it does not make sense to chose only one of those. Also if only filter1 is active, the query will exceede 2mill rows. It is also a much better user experience to have the chart update only after selecting all relevant filters, rather than having it updating while you're not done selecting filters. Similarly the chart will fail if the query exceedes the 2mill row limit in PBI, which is why you would only want it updating if the filter values are valid (returning a query within the size limitations of PBI).

Furthermore I want to have the Activate/Excecute functionallity apply to individuall filters, for example one button for each filter.
