How to download PBI report to desktop

Hi Experts

I'm new to PBI. I designed a report on my powerbi desktop and published it. The report is working fine now. I removed and added few columns and slicers on my desktop version which I do not want to use it now. Please can someone tell me how do I download the live version of the PBI back to my desktop so I can get back the latest version of the changes done.

If you go to the report on PowerBI.com you can go to file > download this file and it will pull a .pbix for the version that is published out there.
