How to do a For Each

Hi! 

I need to sum the quantity of Data Stations Num Bikes Available for each fecha_reporte_API.

The problem is that I have repeated rows (e.g: row 1 and row 2 have the same Data Stations Station Id and so on). 

I need to sum ONLY one time for each Data Stations Station Id. 

Is there any way to solve this?
