How to distinct count the row value?
My objective is, I want to verify some asset from my user. So I have to run some script that contains the hardware information such as below.

From this example the result that I get is "1" and the result only show "

PS. This information will be shown software as a unique name but I can't delete or remove them because in some report I have to count them also.

Can you please explain a little bit more what you are trying to achieve ??
Some example as output would be help.
I would like to get some result that counts the different hardware from the example above =1 and showing the name of data different =
B3480 Eligah Jackson 34001 Intel Core i5-9400 nVidia Geforce GTX 1650 LG 27 but no show of the data that unchange.
