Hi there,
Previously, I have set schedule for reports to run daily, but now i have downgraded the account to free version and I try to disable report that I forget to disable before but it doesn't work as it need power BI Pro account.
So, are there any ways to disable all reports with free version account?
Any recommendations are welcome.
Thank you in kindly advance,
Hi @aumquaje,
From your description, if I understand your requirement correctly, you want to disable the schedule refresh of the dataset in the Power BI Service?
If that is the case, using a Power BI free account, you are not allowed to access your APP workspaces and those reports or disable schedule refresh option unless you upgrade your account to Pro following the notification pops out. In my opinion, you don’t have to disable refresh option for these reports as they are not accessible.
For those reports that published to My workspaces, you could disable schedule refresh option like this:
Actually, beginning June 1, 2017, the free service will have capabilities equivalent to Power BI Pro, except for sharing, enterprise distribution, and collaboration. This includes the same 10 GB workspace limit, up to 8 daily scheduled refreshes for datasets, and maximum 1M/hour streaming data rate.
Reference about difference between free account and Pro account.
Best Regards,
Cherry
