How to delete such data source in Power Bi?
Depending on the source the way you will have to delete it may differ.
For example the one that you showed in you last message (https//nav-app2017...) can be deleted by doing right click on it and select 'Clear Permissions'.
Same with database sources.
This is how it works at least on the December 2022 release.
For other sources you may have to follow the steps mentioned by v-xiaosun-msft
Hi GINMED ,
Click on "edit permission", then you will see the option which allows you to delete the source as shown.
You can reference the following link.

If I use CLEAR PERMISSION, is nothing happend and that one does not delete it.
Only it makes trouble to refresh my data after that and that's all.
