How to delete data in Power BI report before saving in One drive

How to delete data from Power Bi report and then save it in One drive and protect data? 

Scenario :1 

Report created using import mode

Scenario : 2

Report created using direct query mode

Scenario :3

Report created using live connection ( I assume there is no data caching ) 

Scenario :4 

Report created using dual mode

Questions:

1.

I have read that the reports can be saved as powerbi templates to remove data but is it a  standard today where in everyone after report development saves the file as Pbit before promoting it to Qa and Prod?

2 .Does saving Pbix as Pbit removes all data  for all the above scenarios ?

3. How to mask or remove login credentials and data source details before saving them in One drive ?

@Anonymous , pbit is the method for that.

You can do clear permission for datasource to remove the credential
