How to cross filter visualisation along inactive table relationships?

Hello,

For this pbix file https://file.io/BPN6mVFFJSBG I'd like to click on the left hand table to filter by week bins. The Right hand tables should then show the transactions with Order Date and Delivery Date respectively in those weeks. Please can you tell me how to make that work, without setting any relationships as permanently active in the backend?

use userelationship function to do that see in pbi file. Left side will filter right side
