How do I create an up down chart like below? Which is done on excel, I am unable to replicate this chart format in PowerBI.

The chart in the picture doesn't make sense mathematically.
Columns down should only have negative numbers.
If you want to see the direction of changes, you can use a line graph with the option
"Stepped" if you need it.
Or the waterfall graph.
