I am trying to replicate the yearly data in a Line chart.
The line chart consists of the monthly data and what I am trying to do is create a text box wherein I can show the average of the yearly data.
Here is the sample, that I have created on MS Excel.

I suggest you to try to turn on Data label function in your line chart and then create card visuals , matrix visuals or table visuals as you want. Here is my test in my sample. You may download my sample file to learn more deatils.
If you still want to add values like your screenshot, I suggest you to create Text box in Insert pane and put in ACV data in them manually.
Then group these visuals. (Select Multiple visual by Shift + Left Click ——> Right Click and select Group)
