How to create slicers that follow the scroll down

Hi team,

I hope you are well.

I was wondering if there is a way to create a slicer that stays on the screen any time I scroll up or down.

CK1992_0-1683123440759.png

In the above picture, I need the user to be able to pick his/her preferred months while he/she is scrolling down.

At the moment, if you are at the bottom and you want to change your preferred months, you need to scroll up and pick again.

Ideally, I would like the slicer to remain on the screen.

Thanks,

Christos

1 ACCEPTED SOLUTION

Hi @CK1992 ,

According to your statement, I think you want to keep slicer in a fixed position when scrolling down the Power BI Report.

Your demand is a good idea, while it is not supported to implement in Power BI currently.

You can submit a new idea to improve the Power BI.

I suggest you to use the filter panel , you can use "Filter on this page" or "Filer on all page".

Take a look at this documentation:

Add a filter to a report in Power BI

Design your report pages to fit on a standard 16:9 screen. Avoid scrollbars. Avoid horizontal scrollbars at all cost.

Hi Ibendlin,

Thanks for your reply.

Unfortunately, this does not fit my report.

Thanks,

Christos
