Hi all,
For my current employer I'm working on creating a dashboard. For this we have 7 clusters that all need individual dashboard. Alot of people are going to see these, therefore I don't want them to have to use the filter pane too much. And definitely not use the online Paramenters. All with all I need 7 different dashboard, however I want, as a developer to only have to create 1 dashboard that I can maintain. So any changes to 1 cluster will immediately also been seen in the other 7.
My data is coming from a SQL server where I have 1 database with 7 tables, 1 per cluster.
I was wondering what was the most efficient way of making this work. I started by loading the full data into the desktop and with parameteres filter down the report to a cluster. However if I upload this to the online service, I will need to do this 7 times. Save the report in a different name and do that again..
Any advice?
Thanks alot, Jeroen

@Anonymous you can use RLS (Row level security) so that one report can be used across all 7 clusters and each user get to see their own cluster. I think that is what you are looking for. There are lot of videos/blog to implement RLS, if you still need further help, let me know
