How to create monthly trend to track the change in a sum of values of a test

I am pulling the latest execution stats from the DB for the tests being executed via automation in the below format

ModulePassFailBlocked
Module 12051
Module 22544
Module 31562

Since my query always fetches the latest exeuction status, I want to know if there is a way in Power BI which allows me to track monthly/daily trend of sum of failures i.e in Nov, the failures count was 15 and Dec it came down to 10. This would help me track the progress made in fixing issues and bringing them down to 0. Please help
