How to create icon instead of showing text in table?

I have table it contains the information about account paid status. like Person Name, Account ID, Amount, Description. In Description column values showing length of text line. so I need to show an icon instead of showing text. when the user click on the icon it should show the text line. can we do that, if it is possible give some idea.

I would search the custom visuals gallery and if not look at creating a custom visual.
