How to create gauge chart with all months displayed and pointing to the current month

Need to build gauge chart with all months written in fiscal month order i.e Sept to Aug 

and pointer(needle) should point at current month. Something like below screenshot

According to your description, for visual objects like gauge chart, its fields should be related to specific values and cannot be used as a reference for target values based on other types of fields such as text.

Can you further describe your application scenario and additionally what does your data model look like? Looking forward to your reply.

@SwatiAccenture I wonder about the utility of such a visual but you might have luck with the custom visual Advanced Gauge - xViz. Otherwise you are probably looking at something like Deneb or Charticulator.
