Hello,
I am trying to filled map with some values and color code should be divided with some custom buckets as shown in image below. How can I do this in Power BI Desktop. Check the color buckets on bottom left of the image.

Based on my test, you could refer to below steps:
Create a calculated column with "IF" function:
Column = IF([Collectibility]>5140000,">5140000",IF([Collectibility]<215000,"<215000","other"))
Put the column in the Legend bucket and Color saturation bucket:
Set the format color in the "Date colors":
You could also download the pbix file to have a view.
